Overcoming Negative Patterns. We must look at and observe our patterns of resistance, and change them to patterns of aligning. At times, we all fall into negative patterns without even realising we are doing it. When we want things to change we need to look at what we are actually saying to ourselves and to others, what we are feeling, doing and what patterns we are falling into. Are we allowing people or the things we want, to come closer to us, or are we resisting and pushing them away?
When we have our health, we have all the riches in the world. What's the point of acquiring all these material possessions, if we are not well enough or won't be around to enjoy them? Health is the new wealth. Our health is no. 1. When you realise the treasures you have, only then will you truly see how wealthy you are. You are amazing, so treat yourself with respect and look after you, because nobody else will.
Look after your diet. You are responsible for what goes into your body, so make conscious choices to eat wholesome food that gives you energy and makes you feel good. Not sluggish and tired. Eat wholesome natural foods as much as you can.
